The journey from the stream to your glass is a complex one, that when understood, can only enhance the enjoyment of the golden warmth.

I’ve written a bunch before about how much I love working in Whisky world. This time was a little different, covering a stage often overlooked for the more romantic distilling. The Chivas plant on the hilly outskirts of West Glasgow processes millions of litres of Whisky.

I spent a day photographing the place, the people and the processes to adorn the walls of their new office buildings. It was a pleasure to meet and spend time with so many people so deeply passionate about their work.
