T In The Park 2012

This year was my second time shooting T in the Park. Last year, for Radar, was a focus on Scottish bands, so a lot of time at T Break, BBC Introducing and a fairly relaxed schedule. This year, slightly different kettle of fish working for Auntie Beeb.

Had the enormous pleasure of meeting and working with a couple of incredible photographers Fraser Stephen and Sarah Jeynes and the brilliantly hilarious Nick Dempsey.

It was straight on it when I arrived on Saturday afternoon and no let up for a pretty full on weekend of covering a LOT of bands. It was a huge amount of fun and nice to see images gracing the pages of the BBC website.

Through the mud I saw some great bands, some less great bands, and had a whole heap of fun photographing some…interesting, characters!

This is just a small selection of some of my favourites that I got over the weekend.

Hopefully more of the same next year, though a little less mud & rain would be nice!
